I am sure this is a little bit late but yes they do(Should anyway)
remove the testicle in all cases. Trust me I know from experience you
will operate just fine with one.

I have pain in my left testicle and there seems to be a lump behind it. I know that this could simply be part of the epididymis or just a build up of some...

I am sure this is a little bit late but yes they do(Should anyway) remove the testicle in all cases. Trust me I know from experience you will operate just fine...
