I have pain in my left testicle and there seems to be a lump behind
it. I know that this could simply be part of the epididymis or just
a build up of some kind of fluid. The lump started off soft a few
weeks ago but it seems to have gotten a bit harder. I also have a
small build up of fat behind my left nipple. It gets sore sometimes
when I touch it.

I'm going to arrange to see a doctor this afternoon. I'm trying to
prepare for the worst. Does the testicle have to be removed in every
case of testicular cancer?
