Tender Hearts is a newly formed Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome support group in the Southeast Columbus, Ohio area. The members will be taking the CFIDS/Fibromyalgia Self-Help class (see cfidsselfhelp.org) together over the internet, and reinforcing their self-help skills and developing camaraderie by meeting in person, as well.

The Yahoo Group is used to supplement our other online Self-Help course resources, as well as to enable us to post group information, recommended resources, calendar of meetings and other events, etc.
