hey, my name is Lisa. I'm 17. I've had anxiety attacks for 5 years now. I know
what you mean by needing emotional support, considering nobody can truly
understand until they feel this way. I've been to DOZENS of THerapists,
Pyschiatrists, along with taking many homeopathic herbs and supplements. I've
considered Prozac, but for some reason I'm terrified of it! So it works? That's
so good to know. I've been going back in forth in mind about that. Well,
recently I found a really good kineseiologist. Since my main symptom is stomach
aches. She found out I had a bacteria called H-pylori in my stomach. She put me
on a progam to get rid of it. I toke about 3 months to fully get rid of it.
Since it's really easy to get I have a very strict diet. Since that was gone,
she's been helping me figure out how my emotions bring on the panic and symptoms
of it. Anyways, thats my story. I still got a long way to go. But any time you
