Cause of Panic Attacks - What Are the Key Factors That Are a Cause o   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #407 of 440 |
Panic attacks affect a lot of people worldwide, and it seems that they are
becoming more and more common as time goes by. So, it is no wonder that people
are desperate to find a solution to cure them for good so that they can get
their life back under control, 100% again.
However, the main problem is that it is difficult to treat something when you
don't know the cause of panic attacks, knowing what causes your panic attacks
will help you no end in treating them and even stopping them from happening in
the first place.
What is the main cause of panic attacks?
Firstly, you need to know that there are many, may different potential triggers
that could cause a panic attack. These range from anything from stressful jobs,
to deaths in the family to money worries. Anything like this could potentially
trigger an attack.
So if there so many triggers, how do I know what causes my panic attacks?
Fortunately, these triggers are just that, triggers. Which mean they may help a
panic attack to develop but they are not the underlying cause!
The underlying cause of a panic attack is your brain itself. Normally, your
brain is in it's normal, rational state of mind. However, a trigger (or sequence
of triggers) can cause your brain to switch entirely into panic mode. In this
mode, you think irrationally, illogically and your body enters a panic state
induced by the brain which can cause shakes, dizziness, tightening of the
throat, rapid breathing etc
How to really treat your panic attacks, quickly and effectively
So now you know the underlying cause of panic attacks, you can see that the
solution is to try and stop the brain from entering panic mode in the first
place, this will help to give you a life free from panic attacks, wouldn't that
be great!
To do this, you need to forget over-the-counter medicines and drugs, these only
help to bring your breathing and symptoms back under control during an attack,
they won't help to stop an attack from happening (and they are fairly expensive
too!)
Fortunately, there are a few great treatments available on the market which will
actually help to stop panic attacks from happening in the first place, and they
won't cost the earth either.
