>Hi,
I'm new to this site, however I have had anxiety my entire life, so i
know about dealing with it.
You should never have to go through anxiety alone. Talk to your
parents and let them know how you are feeling. You should never feel
alone during this time, since that makes it so much harder. Tests
are always scary, so if you get panicked during it, remind yourself
that everyone is probably freaking. The most important thing you can
keep reminding yourself is that you are not going crazy and you are
not going to die, you simply have anxiety, and you can get better.
I recently entered a program where I am going everyday and we have
group therapy and it is a real family. It is a great experience to
be able to talk about your problems with other teens who are going
through the same thing as you, and they give very positive feedback.
Even if you are afraid to talk about something, and you think they
will judge you, they only love you more for opening up. If your
anxiety increases in intensity and you feel like there is no escape,
you should try a program like it. Because even though you have to go
there for a while, the friendships and improvement you make will last
forever.
I hope I helped
xoxo
