Re: Girlfriend's Panic Attacks/Stress...Help?

Hey. i know EXACTLY what your going through, only im on the other
end of the situation.. You see i have panic attacks, and was seeing
a boyfriend of mine. When my attacks got SUPER bad I called off the
relationship and told him we should take a break beacuse I couldnt
handle the stress of him and myself..
The best thing to do in your situation is to talk to her about her
problem and help her get over it. Try not to lose touch with
her..
Realize also that its not you who has the problem, its her and she
is just going through something tough right now. Most you can do is
help her through it so you guys can date again!
hope that helped
monica
