hi, first of all dont feel like you're alone in this. All of us are
going thru the same if not similiar situations as you are, and we are
here to help. I wasnt able to go to school for my entire sophmore
year in HS, but i eventually found the strength to take over my
attacks and get thru them. Eventho its hard, try to remember that no
one has ever died from a panic attack. you may feel like you're going
to, but you won't. Next i am wonderin if you're on any meds??? I've
been on Zoloft for 4 yrs now and it works wonders. I've been taking
Zoloft combined with some other stuff combined with therapy and i'm
doing really well. If you arent on meds then i suggest that you go to
a psychiatirst and get on some, and definately do the therapy thing
(that helps just as much as meds do). I can go on and on and on, but
just remember that you are stronger than this thing and you can fight
it. YOu have to control it, dont let it control you.
If you ever feel alone, or just need someone to relate to, feel free
to email me any time.
