HEY! I'll pray for you, but I have faith that you'll make it through your surgery just fine.. I know that I was really independent after my best friend died this summer, I didnt want to talk to anyone or help from anyone.. so I can understand where your coming from.. But you'll be in my prayers, and you seem like a strong person, so I'll have faith you'll make it through just fine! Let me know how it goes!
