To all the people who are wanting to recover, you're amazing  Go with it, at least try, nothing bad can come of trying to help yourself. I know how difficult it is though, it might help you lots if you have a support friend. Or if you don't have anyone like that in real life, you can post here. Maybe we should have a recovery topic or something?

I haven't been doing too well myself lately. And now I've got a cold which I'm not enjoying hugely
