I know you have probably heard this before but it is all about control.
You just have to tell yourself that it is ok, and eat little by little.
What I did was I just started eating healtier foods, and with REGULAR
SIZED amounts. It really helped me to just know htat I could still eat.
With the purging, you just really have to tell yourself not to.
just eat when you are hungry. Almonds fill you up very quickly and
they are not bad for you.
