Hello friends! I am going to try to keep this simple
and to the point. I started sweating in 1993 and I’m
32 now. I remember the night some friends noticed and
pointed it out (a little embarrasing, but didn’t think
much of it). That was summer before college and the
sweating got horrible from there. Sweat on my hands
would get the pages wet, couldn’t shake hands, etc. I
don’t have to go into detail to this group as you
understand the issue. For me, the sweating was really
bad on my hands, underarms, groin, and feet.

Well, 14 years later the sweating is (was) still with
me. I used drionic several times a week to keep it in
moderation. I considered the surgery, but decided the
side effects weren’t worth it. Anyway, I learned
about something called EFT (emotional freedom
technique), aka tapping. I was using it to remove
negative emotions such as stress, anxiety, fear, etc.
The results were amazing! Well, I decided to try it
on my sweating as well. I don’t know how long it took
(let’s say 20 tapping sessions), but my sweat is gone
by 90% (normal levels). I’ve waited a month to post
this to make sure it did not return as before. Well,
it hasn’t and I haven’t used drionic in a month
either.

More good news… it doesn’t cost anything to learn.
The site was created by Gary Craig, who is a savior to
many. He doesn’t charge for the document that
explains EFT. You can find it at www.emofree.com.
Click ‘Order’, then ‘Free EFT manual’. For clips on
ways it’s helped others in various areas, click here

http://search.emofree.com/cgi-bin/MsmFind.exe?QUERY=abc

One the right side, there’s “See EFT in action”

I’m telling you right now that is seems bizarre. I
know many of you have tried many things out there and
it would be a shame for you to not give this a try,
especially considering there is not risk or cost to
it.

In my entire life, I’ve never come across anything as
powerful as EFT (tapping). After reading the PDF, if
anyone is interested in having me post the specifics
of what I did in the sequence (as it relates to
sweat), I would be happy to do a write-up to assist.
If you make progress, please take the time to post to
the group.

Overall, I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up too
high. I just suggest you try it and see how well it
works for you.

Best wishes,
Halo

halo,
do you really think it can work? I have tried everything short of ETS for
my hyperhidrosis, even botox in my hands and it did not work. I have had it
since birth, my mom tell me my hands have always been sweaty and I am now
24. Should I try this, is it worth my time?

brian,
just dont resort to the surgery! I did and regret it
100%. The sweating left my right side and now my left
side OVERCOMPENSATES. Instead of changing my clothes
once a day, I am now up to 3/4 times. I am
practically a prisoner in my home because moving
causes such an torrential outpour of sweat it is too
embarrassing to be out in public. Trying to explain
why you are sweating is embarrassing. ETS didn't work
for me, but a pill called glycophyrolate (from my
dermatologist) does help. A side effect is that it
decreases sweating. Good luck, I am pulling for you.

Brian, I certainly don't want to get people's hopes
too high. Afterall, EFT (emotional freedom technique)
can be put under the category of 'witch doctors'. But
here's the deal... I'm seeing tons of progress in my
life by using it. The last thing I thought it would
have helped me with is sweating, but I figured I had
nothing to lose by trying. It doesn't cost anything
and there's no risk at all; just some of your time.

I didn't want to get off the topic, but if it helps
convince some of you that EFT can work, I'll give you
a brief list of areas it's helped me with. The
progress in these areas is fact for me.

Sweating - as I mentioned, I would say 90% reduction.
I can go out w/o an undershirt, which is something I
would have never done before. I find myself
constantly checking for the sweat and in disbelief
that there's only a few drops (slightly more than
'normal'). And this is after I've stopped drionic for
a month now (it started working when I was using
drionic, so I stopped it).

Acne - Acne on my back and chest is pretty much gone.
Face is reduced 50%.

Nailbiting - I've been biting my nails hundreds of
times per day since elementary school. I used a
hypnosis CD a while back and was able to stop for a
month or so. But then it came back. I tried hypnosis
again along with EFT and I haven't bitten my nails in
a few months. Again, this was a problem since
childhood.

Anxiousness / Anxiety / Fears - I could write an ebook
on how much EFT has helped in these areas, but I'll
just say I feel like a different person. I still have
a long way to go, but at least I have a tool to use.

The basic premise is that of acupuncture. The body
holds negative thoughts (energy) in our body. We have
pressure points where this can be released.
Acupuncture uses needles. EFT uses your fingers and
is just as effective. In this process, you're tapping
the pressure points (which is why it looks silly).
You owe it to yourself to give it a try.

I will really appreciate it if you do the write up on this. I already downloaded the PDF file.

Thanks.
