Re: Question about a deoderant

> You know, I sit back and think about HH a lot.

[seigein] yup, so do I...in fact that's my dominant
thot throughout the day.

Why do we have this, what happend to each one of us
that led us to this aweful affliction, this life
altering let's face it, wehether you think so or not,
this is life altering....nuisance that we are forced
to deal with everyday? Did we do something wrong? Or
what's wrong with me is the better question.

[seigein] My questions led me into reading about the
nervous system...the autonomic, the sympathetic, and
parasympathetic. I am now beginning to believe the
solution may lie in controlling the autonomic nervous
system...as far as I know the only way to gain contol
over the NS is by deep breathing...i am currently
trying an ancient Indian system of deep breathing
exercises called pranayama. I hope this will help and
will keep you'll updated. I've tried drionic,
homeopathy, ayurveda...all that's left is hope and a
prayer.

[seigein] Uncovering common traits that might have
caused HH or is responsible for HH is a good beginning
for searching an appropriate solution. As a beginning,
here are five things about myself:
- Excessively shy as a child (even befoire HH
happened)
- Experienced childhood trauma as a result of having a
manic depressive family member.
- Overindulged in sweets as a child
- Am asian
- Was raised in an extremely religious atmosphere.

I feel we should all chip in with more about
ourselves...it may help...and it sure doesn't hurt :)
watsay?

Regs,
Seige.
