The only side effects I have are a dry mouth.  I have taken it about a year.  SOme days it doesn't seem like it is helping so I take 2 tablets every other night.  It is better to take Propantheline @ night.  Once I was sweating during the day and took it and I had a dry mouth all day and it was really bothering me!
