Hi,

I was wondering if we could compare notes on why we
suffer from this dreadful disease. I was doing some
online reading the other day on the parasympathetic
and sympathetic nerves which control vital functions
like sweating. I found that the sympathetic nerves
produce excess sweat in conditions of stress and once
the trigger passes the parasympathetic nerves are
responsible for stopping the sweating, increased
heartbeat etc.

I've realised after some introspection that my
excessive sweating may be caused because of my
sympathetic nerves which were constantly in overdrive
due to living in a state of constant fear durng
childhood (external factors). If this happens long
enough the paarsympathetic nerves are overworked and
give up trying to return the bodily parameters to
normal. In my case I'm trying visualizations, along
with homeopathy, and drionic to get rid of HH. But I
do feel a clearer understanding or hypothesis of why
we suffer may help us all to come to some yet
undiscovered of remedy such as breathing techniques
etc. What do you folks think?

Regards,
Seige.
