I don't know if we are in the same case here but I have always gotten
really sweaty in the face. I hated it because if gave people the
impression that something was wrong with me, like I was tired or
something, people would ask if I needed to sit down but you know that
would piss me off. Just because you start to sweat doesnt mean your
tired or cant keep up. I know that its hard, I sort of had to suffer
through it and just hoped people would have enough sense not to say
anything. Its harder when people are pointing it out, seeming
concerned but they dont understand, Listen though that is really the
truth, the people really dont understand what is going on and why.
The only way I was able to deal with it was by not worrying so much
and knowing that they are going to comment so just respond by
saying "I know thank you" It makes them feel more stupid for asking.
By doing that it helps you to calm down more and not be so stressed
or anxious because that is also what will make your face sweat and
worse will keep it from stopping. Just breath and be calm, Sometimes
running cold water on my wrist cools me down a bit too. And realize
you are always going to sweat whenever your outside, it's just
natural even when its cold out, if you are doing anything active you
will sweat, If people cant understand that then screw them. Please
don't feel bad about yourself, I did that for so long and I still do
some times but you just need to have people in your life that know
you and how you are and don't feel the need to comment on such a
stupid subject. Its the ignorant that don't have any sense.
