Dear friend,
Don't panic!
The first thing that you should notice is, sweating is
not something to be ashamed of. When you feel bad, you
sweat more and vice versa. Chicken-egg situation. One
way or another, you should break the cycle. Medicines,
equipments or therapies can help but, all in all, you
should solve this problem in your mind. I know, it is
hard, but try to convince yourself and your friends
that you are a normal person who is just sweating
more.
