Dude, I feel your pain, I'm a 21 year old who had the same problem.
I have problems with my hands and feet. Now I use this device called
Drionic. Have you heard of it? It's two little devices that will
help stop sweating temporarily. You may have to use it many times
before you will start to see a difference.

The device itself costs around $150.00, but you could get it free if
you have medical insurance.

The only thing I don't like about the item is that the parts do not
last long and replacement parts are expensive(batteries,
pads,plates). Fortunately, you can modify the device to where you
don't have to buy these parts. If you want the directions just

On top of using drionic, I also use this prescrition medicine called
Drysol (Aluminum Chloride 20%) Megadry is another good solution.
It's cheap, only $10 at your local pharmacy. Your doctor will have
to prescribe this to you.
