I have extreme palmar hyperhidrosis and have suffered my whole life with it. It has never stopped me from doing what I wanted.  Drionics did work for me but was a pain in the neck to do all the time. I finally had Botox treatments on my hands and it was like a miracle.  Finally (after 57 years of dripping hands) I now have dry hands almost 95% of the time. The treatment was mostly paid for by my private insurance company (I had to pay some- I live in Canada) and it lasts from 7-9 months.  It was virtually painless as I had a very good medical doctor who specializes in palmar Botox injections. She does a lot of them.  You have to be sure and find someone who has done a lot of these as the first dermatologist did not have much experience and it was very painful.  It was really worth it.  Talk to you family doctor and check for local doctors that can do this for you. If your insurance does not cover it, it can be costly.
