Jackie,
Its a medical procedure where the sympathetic nerve is cut, I'll attach a link that explains the procedure. It was covered entirely by my health insurance. I just had to show them that I've tried other treatments and they were unsuccessful. I was in/out of Hospital in total of 8 hours. Felt o.k. the next day and great the day after that. My hands are warm and dry now all the time!
