John:
I'd be careful about getting Botox injections in your whole face since you may end up with droopy mouth, eyes, etc. I have injected some people selectivly in the upper lip and forehead for sweating, but never the whole face. Generally I would inject the hands, underarms and feet and then place the patient on a systemic agent like Robinol, to obtain dryness of the face, legs or other large areas that can't be injected.
Whoever you go to, make sure that they have done injections for HH and not just for wrinkles! If you get you hands done, make sure the doctor gives you some type of nerve block so that your hands are numb so you don't feel the 50 or so injections needed to cover the whole hand.
Good Luck
