Sorry about that.  Did you check out this site http://www.rafischer.com/prod05.htm#Iontophoresis
Although there arn't explicit direction they do have a dvd video available.  Unfortunately this is only for doctors.  So if the info on the page isn't sufficient you could ask a doctor to order the dvd or possibly pose as a doctor yourself.  Hope this helps a little more.
