Hi Denise,
I have used the drionic for some time now. Basically all you have to do is thoroughly soak the pads. Then put one on the top shelf and the other in the bottom. Fill the bottom tray about half way with water. The only thing you want to be careful of is not overfilling the water so that it is going over the middle. The process won't work if this happens. Put your palm on the top and your fingers submerged. If your finding that your not getting enough coverage you can alternate between putting your palm on the top tray and then the next time put your fingers on the top. The white dial on the side controls the amount of current used. So if the current is too strong at first just turn the dial about halfway or put one hand in and turn the dial to a level you can tolerate. Your hands are much more sensitive than your feet, so don't feel discouraged. The manufactuer says that
it takes about 8-12 hours total to take effect so do at least 1 hour sessions per day for 12 days. If your not using the machine at full strength it will take a few more sessions. Also, the manufacturer says that the effect will be sudden, in other words there will be no gradual buildup. One day your hands will just be dry. Once the effects have set in you have to do maintenance sessions. Luckily these are usually only a 1 hour session once a week, maybe twice a week or as little as once every 2 weeks, it varies for different people. The effects will last about 2 weeks without any maintenance, however if you don't do the maintenance and your sweating returns you will have to do the 8-12 hours again. I havn't been to the drionic website lately but I think all the instructions are there (www.drionic.com) and I think you go to www.drionicparts.com for replacement parts, such as batteries and metal plates. There are a couple of conversions on the net to switch from drionic batteries to 9 volt and I have converted mine to AC and plug them into the wall outlet.
Hope this helps,
Hope this helps,

Does anyone have the directions on how to use this machine???? Or, has
anyone used this in a doctor's office?
I bought this machine used from someone and it did not come with
directions. I have no idea how long I'm supposed to use it. I have the
drionic and I could feel the shocks! In fact it was so bad that I could
not use it on my hands at all. Of course when I had a nerve conduction
test it was worse in my hands so I'm not surprised. Anyway, I really
want to use this machine, but I don't know how to use it.
I live in SC and it was 80 degrees today. I have HH in 3 places but if
it is 60 degrees or above my sweating REALLY escalates!
Please help!
