Hello to all!
My name is Debbie and I am new to the group.I am 53 years old and live
in Oklahoma. I was diagnosed just last week with chronic lymphocytic
leukemia.My doctor had a family emergency and won't be back in his
office until next week,so he hasn't been able to discuss this with me.
I don't mind saying I am literally scared silly. I have been on the
computer reading everything I can to try to find out more about this.I
came across this group and wanted to join in hopes of making new
friends and learning from others who are dealing with this.I hope to
share as well as learn.As you all know when you or someone you love is
diagnosed with something like this friendship and support are much
needed and appreciated. I look forward to meeting others and offering
