The reason I ask Marc, is because I now have 56
people on 'Natural Calm' and they all are having great
results, but they take it daily. The idea is to create a
'residual' level (comfort level) that is ongoing and will
assimilate the vitamins, minerals and foods we eat properly,
so that we get all the nutrients out of everything
we take into our body. Everyone is magnesium
defficient, taking it daily restores the proper ph to the
system, makes the adrenals work right, so then we fell
right. <br>Yes, I sell the Natural Calm and CalMag at
the regular retail price, but that includes shipping
and you get the great Natural Calm book with it.
Buying it direct from the manufacture would cost you an
extra $10.00 with shipping and the book.<br>Russ
You know... I do not really HAVE a reason as to
why I do not take Natural Calm every day. I guess I
do not feel a need for it often , and only when I do
...muscle spasms or difficulty settling to sleep...I take
some. You make a good point though. The benefits would
be alot better if I was more conscious of taking it
say...nightly, or at least cal mag daily,,,I have alot of
cal-mag. Thanks for pointing that out.-Marc.<br>Ps Can you
offer Nat.Calm at a lower price than the retail at Nat.
Vitality? When I run out I would get it from you---:)-Marc.
Hi Bob, I am a founder of several clubs and am in
nearly thirty, so I know this, sometimes Yahoo revolts
and doesnt let you post, it happens either late at
night when the system is probably being upgraded or
during high traffic hours. Try again in an hour if its
being reluctant.:)-Marc.
Hi Marc- glad to see you back. I tried posting a
msg. here recently about the vitamins I'm taking from
Genesis Nutrition a few days ago but it didn't take.
Anyway, hope you get some sunshine; I couldn't live like
that. It stays fairly green all year here with all the
evergreens. Bob
I only take Natural Calm when I cannot sleep or
know I will need to get some sleep and am not tired
enough (due to caffiene or stress), so sometimes I will
take it 3x a week and other times 1x a month. When I
do take it now, it really does the trick and I feel
very well rested. I take standard Cal-Mag when I have
muscle spasms., from the same company, Natural Vitality.
It is not as popular as Natural Calm but has been
around (I believe) much longer.:)---Marc.
Yes, I've had it on my site for 3 months now. One
thing we are finding out is that if you take one level
teaspoonful 3x a day,(spread it out) it will create a
residual level for 24 hours. I know for myself I have been
seeping alot better on Natural Calm, how bout
you?<br>Russ
Randy, it's great that your having success with a
new product. It's easy to be skeptical about anything
new, but the end results is what counts. Marc metioned
pure MSM, which have many people with arthritis,
diabetes and animals love it. If you like I can send you a
free cassette tape on Lingisul MSM, email me at
ccruss@..., I take it, daddaybob takes it and it is a
increadible nutrient.<br>Russ
Hey Marc, great new club, if I can be of help
with any ailments, let me know. Also for those who
want the facts on 'Natural Calm' you can read their
"Miracle Nutrient" book on my site. Good luck with your
club.<br>Russ<br><a href=http://www.colloidalsilversolutions.com

Thought I should clarify something in my last
post. I recently took an echinacea based multivitamin
formula and had a bad allergic reaction to it (sinuses).
I won't mention it by name because I don't think
there's anything wrong with the product. It's just that
echinacea is akin to ragweed, and I'm severely allergic to
ragweed. My oldest daughter had a similar but milder
reaction to it. My wife takes it with no problem.
I long ago posted about the benefits I have had
from Genesis Nutrition's Amino Acids, in conjunction
with MSM and other things I take. <br><br>We've been
waiting to try another multi-vitamin formula after we
used up the Walmart brand clone of Centrum vitamins
that we've been taking, and after we stopped taking
the echinacea-based vitamin formula.<br><br>We just
recently rec'd our shipment of Genesis Nutrition's
vitamins. I ordered their "Vitamin Pak" for me, the "Active
Women Support" for my wife, and the "Super 100 Formula"
for the kids. <br><br>The results are really good;
the energy boost is not like a jump start, but more
like having a fully charged battery all day. We've
never had results from vitamins like this, either
before or since taking MSM. The only problem now is to
figure out how to use the time we used to spend
sleeping.<br><br>The prices are good too, especially if you take
advantage of their quantity discounts and free shipping
with $50 order.<br><br>I have no financial interest in
this company whatsoever. They are not MLM. They only
sell in health stores or direct on the 'net. They seem
to be primarily geared towards
bodybuilders.<br><br><a href=http://www.genesisnutrition.com

I urge those who pass through this club to visit the natural calm link and
request a free sampling of Natural Calm if you occasionally have problems
sleeping.
Although classified legally as a supplement,
that's not really what colloidal silver is used for.
Those of us using it are doing so for various medical
conditions, particularly infections from virus, bacteria or
fungus. My own particular experience with it has been
very effective against skin fungi, particularly tinea
cruris (jock itch) and a fungus on my hands. It has also
been very effective for me against body-odor causing
bacteria, and dental plaque bacteria. Now that I am not
having any of those problems, I am not ingesting it,
merely swishing it in my mouth and spitting it out to
work on dental plaque. I recently successfully fought
off a really mean cold with it and H2O2.
Hi !! Welcome, glad you joined. I know what you
mean by the non-working multi-vits,arg, I was a critic
of health supplements for years after I based them
on a Centrum. Hindsight is always 20/20. I take
powdered multi-vitamins now,only on occasion though. I
still have never tryed collodial silver. But will. Im
going to experiment with liquid oxygen some more, but
have kept silver second on my list.
Well why didn't you tell me you started your
club. <br>I think it's a great idea and a good name.
Some people may post things here simply because they
may overlook other clubs due to having a name that
seems to limit the discussion. I'm already interested
in this stuff posted by Randy. We've had so many
successes in our family with some supplements that I'm
always open to hearing about something that works
without being dangerous. I'm particularly interested in
the weight loss aspect of that product.<br>Of course
we take MSM (see the MSM Club) and we use colloidal
silver (see Colloidal Silver Club).<br>Other supplements
that have been greatly effective for us: Natural Calm,
Sundown Joint Formula, Genesis Nutrition Amino Acids,
Creatine Monohydrate, Glucosamine Sulfate, and Ester
C.<br>Supplements that have not been effective for us: Chondroitin,
and common garden variety multivitamins.<br>Things we
are trying now: One Life USA Advanced Anti-oxidant
Formula, and Barlean's Flax Oil.
I posted a link for alacercorp...I use the Vit C
product which disolves in water,I can tell you it works
wonders for energy. I noticed that they have a product
called Triple Chrom.,which has the 3 different types of
chromium a body needs. You may find that product of
interest to help allieviate blood-sugar imbalances.-M
Interesting,I have a couple of Adelle Davis
books..."Lets Eat right "...and one other one. I know many
would say her research is from a time long ago but I
think even today her research is far ahead of it's
time. i think that many products as far as
herbs,vitamins,ect..have gotten a bad rap due to the fact that processors
make such large quantitys which then end up sitting on
shelves for too long...Im a strict believer in freshness
when it comes to vitamins.I agree with you whole
heartedly about the preservative issue in foods as well.
One book you may find interesting is (and it was
written by a vegetarian and I am not but "loved" the
informative read ,is a book called "Fit For Life 2,Living
Health" By Harvey and Marylin Diamond. It delves a bit
into the histories of some of the additives in foods
today, and stresses a diet high in fruits and vegetables.-M
Thanks for the offer to place a link and I have
done so. <br><br>It is strange how things often go in
circles. When my wife and I were younger we were part of
the "back to the land" movement and people such as
Euwell Gibbons and Adelle Davis were very much in the
forefront. <br><br>Over the years we all tend to travel many
paths. In my case, I spent a lot of years working as a
business consultant both as an independent and working
directly for some well known large corporations as an
internal consultant. I had the opportunity to see some of
these "health" products from the inside and came to be
an extreme skeptic. <br><br>I also had the
opportunity to see some of the "processed" food industry from
the inside and became very wary of such products. As
I mentioned before, we are more than a little
involved with our dogs. When discussing processed foods
this is pertinent. <br><br>In many breeds of dogs
there is a medical problem referred to as Gastritis.
This is where gas begins to build up in the stomach in
such amounts that it increases faster than it can be
expelled. At some point the dog attempts to retch these
gases out and the strong muscles attached to the
stomach can turn the stomach (laterally) 180 degrees
sealing both the entrance, and exist from the stomach,
converting Gastritis into Gastric Torsion. Unless operated
on within two hours or less, the dog is
dead.<br><br>There is still debate in the medical field as to the
cause of this medical problem. However, there is an
analogous pattern that comes from food. As this problem
grew in numbers in this country, the use of
"processed" dog food also increased. At the same time
processed dog food in Germany was not common and this
medical problem was hardly even known there. <br><br>Is
this some sort of proof? Of course not! However, it is
a strong basis for an interesting hypothesis. In
the dog world this has given rise to the BARF diet
for dogs. It is an entirely raw food (unprocessed and
uncooked) for dogs. <br><br>In the world of humans and
food, the nutritional approach to attacking health
problems is now on the rise. There are segments of our
society that are very supportive of this movement. I
believe that most of us will agree that the
pharmaceutical companies, nor the medical schools they fund, are
supportive of this direction. The reason is simple, there is
a lot of money at stake. <br><br>Recently there was
a news report that highlighted research of the use
of anti-oxygents resulting in the lengthening of
life spans (more healthy life spans) and predicting
future drugs that will be available. Of course these
will be prescribed drugs. That they already exist in
supplements (such as GHT Hydroxygen) is a fact, but these
companies will never recognize that fact and will continue
the current effort to "control" such
products.<br><br>Randy
Thats fine,,,I dont mind plugs anyway as long as
it is'nt spam. Ive heard of liquid oxygen...may not
be exactely the same ,,its called ozone,an energy
booster/healer. Ozone or 03 boosts the amount of oxegen in the
blood stream therefore the body can repair itself or
repair itself more quickly. My brother in law is taking
it as he works long hours and notices HUGE changes
in his energy level...he recommended it to his
mother who has a lung disease and ...the word is still
pending from her.Alternative sources of health have
always been "under the gun" so to speak,in the United
States as the pharmecuetical industry is so huge here.
If it works it works and that is as simple as it is.
I personally have not noticed anything when trying
herbs but if I take vitamins I notice a huge change in
my energy level. By the way...see the links in this
club,go to VitaminsThatWork, and Natural Calm and on one
of them is the price of their oxygen,,,something
like 20 dollars for a two ounce bottle. Im not sure if
thats more expensive or cheaper than what you
pay)?).But the dosages are very small and it takes a while
to use up two ounces. In the future feel free to
mention the name of any of the products you try,,,you can
even put the web sites in the LINKS section of this
club for others to see. Its totally fine with me. -M.
I hesitate to mention the name because it would
seem as if I am pushing it, but here goes.<br><br>The
product is produced by global Health Trax and is named
Hydroxygen Plus. It is a liquid product and you take it by
putting drops of it in water and taking it three times
daily.<br><br>Linda and I were talking earlier today and we still are
hesitant about signing its praises. And yet, we can't look
away from the results we are receiving. <br><br>You
cannot understand the degree to which I am a skeptic. If
I can't add it up, see it, smell it, feel it, etc.
I simply don't accept it as valid. Here I am
getting ready to go buy new pants because my current ones
fall off if I don't wear suspenders.<br><br>Just to
show how strange this whole thing is. My wife and I
have been involved with dogs for more than 35 years.
Breeding, showing, training, rescue, etc. There is little
distance we won't go to for the dogs. We are now
considering giving this product to our dog due to our own
experiences and also due to results received buy others
giving it to animals. I've done a lot of foolish things
over my life, but basically to my self. However, not
to our dogs, we never screw with our dogs. For us
this is a major commitment.<br><br>Randy
Its been like a ghost town it always takes a
while to get a club going. You must tell me what this
product is ? I could guess your talking about MSM.As you
mentioned detox effects...or mabye its a product I've never
heard of? Im glad you are having rave success with it
nevertheless.!!
Marcabious, although this club hasn't drawn many
people yet, I'll offer a response to your
survey.<br><br>First, my wife and I are both 59 and are more or less
healthy, that is we have no major problem at the present
time and consume a relatively healthy diet.<br><br>My
wife does have some arthritis in her hands and some
carpal tunnel symptoms in her wrists. As an artist this
has bothered enough that she has considered giving up
art work because after working on a picture her hands
had been nearly unusable the next day. The same
results exist in her "real world" work as a legal
secretary in that when she uses her hands a lot, the next
day she can't even type.<br><br>For me, I happen to
be a type two diabetic. About a year ago my numbers
began to increase and even after the doctor increased
my medication they continued to rise. They had risen
to the point that they were commonly in the 180 to
210 range. Although careful on my diet, my weight had
increased to over 230 and my feet were increasingly numb
through my ankles and I got up at least once a night to
go to the bathroom. <br><br>About three months ago a
friend called me about a supplement. Now it should be
understood that my business background is such that I know
far more about the companies that produce and market
such products than most people. To say that I am a
skeptic doesn't come close to my feelings. Anyway, my
wife and I decided to try this product for a month
knowing it won't work, but at least telling my friend we
tried.<br><br>Rather than go through the last three months in detail,
my wife and I have found the following
results:<br><br>The pain in my wife's hands has reduced dramatically.
After heavy hand use, she no longer is incapacitated
the next day, instead its simply another day. As an
unexpected result her monthly cycle has become reliable and
no longer has the associated pain.<br><br>Both of us
have seen an improvement in muscle tone and in skin
smoothness. We both have more energy that prior to beginning
this supplement and seem more alert.<br><br>My feet
stopped being numb within three days. By the end of the
first week I was sleeping through the night with no
need to get up and go to the bathroom. My numbers have
dropped into the 90s and I have cut my diabetic medicine
in half. My weight has dropped to under 200 pounds.
Oh yeah, three months ago I was taking a complete
roll of Rolaids daily and I now haven't had any for
over a month. As an unexpected result for me, I have
always had rough skin on my elbows and large calluses on
my toes, and now the skin is smooth on my elbows and
the calluses don't exist. <br><br>I make the point
again, our diet has always been quite good and we have
not really changed it. By the way, we are not
vegetarians. <br><br>From the start of taking this supplement,
we increased the dosage each day for the first 18
days and then maintained that level for 60 days which
is the detoxification period. At the end of that
period we dropped down to the maintenance dosage.
<br><br>If these results were simply from my wife and I, we
would likely still have some degree of skepticism, but
friends of ours are also taking it. They too have similar
results. In fact some of them have really serious health
challenges and have received some rather dramatic results.
