Marc- in keeping with the spirit of this club,
I'll post this. Some may have read of my recent
debacle with Echinacea. I'm allergic to it, and I took a
lot of it and had quite a reaction to it back in
Oct.-Nov. The allergic reaction helped spawn a sinus
infection, which I finally got under control with only CS
and MSM, but not before I stopped taking echinacea. I
then got another root canal to get rid of the source
of the bacteria which bloomed in the
infection.<br><br>I'm proud to report I am now succesfully fighting off
a cold once again using nothing but H2O2, CS and
MSM. Today is the 3rd day of it, and they worst
symptoms I've had are a mild headache and a little sinus
drainage but no infection.<br><br>My regimen is this: 3%
H2O2 in each ear for 10 minutes, then drain and swab
clean (avoid those eardrums!); then CS in each ear for
10 minutes. Then large doses of MSM, along with a
mouthful of CS about 6 times a day, and regular nasal
sprayings of CS with MSM dissolved into it.<br><br>It
works!
