Im wondering what kind of food,fruits,ect I could find L-Arginine and
L-lysine if there found in natural foods and also how much would the
item its found in be equal to the supplement version.
i was told i should take no more of 1000 - 1500 mg of L-Arginine
daily is that true and if so, if the arginine is found in natural
food what and how much of it would a person have to eat to meet
that. Also someone recommended to me to take 500 mg daily so if
anyone can shed some light about that and clear up should i be taking
1000-1500 mg or 500 mg daily. If it depends on weight and height then
what would it be for a 6 ft 1 196 to 198 lb male. Also for L-lysine
i cant remember how much i was told i would have to take that would
be safe anyone know how much i can take without taking more than
needed or not enough if it dosent matter let me know cause I heard
these two supplements will acctually make your body healthier than if
you didnt take the supplemetns along with eatting healthy.

talks about it let me know cause im not in that too good of shape and
im tring to get into the habbit of eatting healthier and keeping
enough of what my body needs.
