Have you ever read the book "From Here to Longevity" by Dr. Mitra
Ray? I'm reading it right now, and it's fantastic! It sounds like
something you would be interested in since you're so into all the
various nutrients. I've also listened to some of Dr. Ray's lectures
on cassette and CD. She is wonderful. She's a biochemist who applies
her knowledge of biochemistry to health and nutrition.
