Help for seizures

I have a friend who has 2 teenage girls that have
suddenly started to have seizure related episodes. Their
father was an epileptic. Medical support thus far has
been slow and confused with the usual assortment of
blood tests, MRI, x-rays, ultra-sound all negative. Any
alternative medicine ideas?
