Sungazing is an ancient practice and the method of Hira Ratan Manek offers a new and modern approach with fascinating possibilities of learning more about yourself and your relation to the sun. By exploring this relation, you might find that your health improves or does not, or even gets worse and together with others you might want to try to find out why and what to do.
In this group I want to offer a supporting environment for further exploration, helping myself and others to find out how exactly the sun might be of help in achieving excellent health. Every body is different, but still the HRM method holds promisses for all.
What I offer is a sungazing manual on sungazing, suncharged water and sunbathing. Personal advice can be given but the only measure for your practice is your own experience. What i hope to recieve is the story of others and to learn more about the HRM-method.
