Re: [sun_lit] hello

Alland, I suggest you to SG as long as you feel comfortable. Don’t push it anyway. The important thing is to do it regularly. And under no circumstance think about timing while you are SG. You need to be focused at the sun and at what you feel, not at counting the seconds or minutes. If you can get a timer for that, it will be ok, otherwise SG as long as you feel right.

I started from 15 minutes without any problem.

You can also forget about the 45 minutes limit. Many reached that without being able to give up food or even to reduce it. Again, is much more important to SG several minutes daily than to SG for 30 or 40 minutes from time to time.

I believe SG is a lifetime spiritual practice, not a stupid tool that can be dropped after a while.

Have a sunny new year,

Petre

Thank you very much Petre!,and a litle question:is it
ok to start sungazing 10 seconds and adding, say 5
seconds,10, a day until reching a 44 minute mark (I
read that in www.sungazing.com) and then stop
sungazing altogether?
What do you recomend?
Happy new year!
A.
