Ramon,

 

Reproducing deep sleep (theta and/or delta brain wave activity) while being fully conscious is definitely something.  This is Zen meditation at it’s best. Keep us posted on how your experiments are unfolding.   Jeff

Somewhere on my blog I explain that every night, in deep
sleep, we enter Nirvana, but for the great majority we are not
conscious of being there. For this reason I have looked for ways
to copy some external attribute of deep sleep and settled on the
snore as one way to access at least a taste of this state. Full

Once you enter the heart chakra, you realize that all mantras
exist there as coverings over the core Self.
