Ramon,
Reproducing deep sleep (theta and/or delta
brain wave activity) while being fully conscious is definitely something.
This is Zen meditation at it’s best. Keep us posted on how your
experiments are unfolding. Jeff

Somewhere on my blog I explain that every night,
in deep
sleep, we enter Nirvana, but for the great
majority we are not
conscious of being there. For this reason I have
looked for ways
to copy some external attribute of deep sleep and
settled on the
snore as one way to access at least a taste of
this state. Full
how-to description available at:

On the two last postings, 'Sky-pointing tracheal
flutter' and
'Some Purring Progress.'
Once you enter the heart chakra, you realize that
all mantras
exist there as coverings over the core Self.
