If you look at the periodic table, Germenium the element IS Germenium the metal. so your first rate should be what you are looking for. { speaking here as a chemist, unless Sue can tell us otherwise}
I suppose it is confusing when gold is given as Aur Met to distinguish it from Aur Mur and the other remedies. My book of rate doesn't have either remedies, so thanks.
