thank you for your responce. I do not see a tharipist. I used to till a few
months ago when i moved out of state. I can not find one here. I have been
trying to reach out to my friend that i live with but i can not seem the words
to talk to her about this. I just feel that I am trying to cary and deal with
everything alone and its hard very hard, I just dont know how to reach out to
her.

Do you have a therapist or a doctor? If not, I urge you to seek help,
because this is too heavy a load to carry alone. I found that out the day I was
going to blow my brains out with a .357 magnum. My wife convinced me to go to
my doctor, who referred me to a hospital where I got the help that I needed.
I implore you, don't give up. People care, and there is help available.
