I am new here and wanted to say hi and just tell a little about me.
My name is Jen I am 24 yrs old and live in Oklahoma. I just moved to
this state from Va. I have dealt with deppression and suicidal
thoughts and attempts since i was around 13 yrs old. I self injure
and have delt with substance abuse issues. Currently things are
going ok with me. My main issue right now is I am living with my
best friend and her family. I want to open up to my friend and tell
her about my suicidal thoughts and problems with self Injury. Its
real important to me that I do this but have been to afraid to open
up to her. I dont know how to begin or what to say. I know she would
be very supportive of me but I am still scared. If anyone has advice
please let me know.
