I loved our Wednesday evening class and was sad to see it go. It means I lose a much needed workout each week!
I currently work mornings and am only able to make it to two Stroller Strides classes a week, but would love to do some sort of workout at least one other day a week. Tracy had a great idea: See if there is another mom (or moms) who would be interested in joining me. That would be my much-needed motivation! She suggested meeting at the 4th Street Stairs 1X a week and take turns doing the stairs. In between, while one is watching the babies, the other can be doing pushups, squats, etc....You can make more of a cardio day and leave the other 2 days with Stroller Strides to be more of a combination.
If you're interested, let me know and we can figure out a time. I know it's getting cooler, but it's still light out at 5pm!
