My name is Melissa and I just found my dad last August. I have an
extremely huge amount of love for this man that I only met not even a
year ago yet.
I just learned that my father has Stomach Cancer stage 4, pancreas
cancer stage 4, and liver cancer stage 4.
I just can't help feeling this isn't fair, I just started to get to
know him. I am going to see him this Friday in California for 2 weeks.
The doctor's have him on a 6 week intense chemo therapy, every other
week 7 hr. drip then 3 weeks of 5 day/24 hr. continous drip. They told
him he has a yr and if they can remove the tumor that will only give
him another yr added on.
Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has dealt with this
same types of cancer and if I have only a year left with my father or
if anyone has been this same types.
