Hi Sandara,

Sorry, I don't post anything, but there has not been much to say lately.  I continue to recover from last November's abdominal reconstruction, and it has been a long road, plus I still am working back up from the Anemia they found was wrecking me last year.  That is much better now, but due to gastro upsets from the Nov. surgery I was unable to keep taking Iron like I needed, but am now trying to get back on that weekly.  The Hemoglobin count is almost up to the minimum for males, but I really need to have it get higher than that, and now, over the past week and a half both my wife and I have been down with some kind of flu like attack, or upper respiratory bug that has really wiped out our energy and strength.  But.....we are on an antibiotic for that, and hope to be all well in another week.

Here in the USA we have been suffering from a bunch of hot weather.....in the 90's + F and then super rains that caused some flooding in parts of Virginia where we live, plus the "plague" of an out of control government, and real fierce battle against the socialized health care they want to ram down our throats!!!!!!  Well.....I best not get started on what is really happening here......It's not good!!!!!!!

I am glad you are recovering, and I know it has been a rough go for you as I have heard such a surgery is really rough.

As for "stoma stuff" we have had no big problems except after fixing my abdomen a new hernia appeared at my stoma, but I told the doc that was it for me.....no more surgery!!!!!!  I will live with it unless something becomes life threatening.
