A quick question about suggestion #3: after applying the cortisone
for a few minutes, do I wash it with the soap I normally use or just
water?

Cortisone cream lightly for a few minutes, then wash it off and dry
the skin well before applying the wafer. My doctor said that even
if only on the skin a short time it will be absorbed into the
secondary layers, and washing it off will not affect its
