While "Googling" many, many websites dealing with Stickler Syndrome, I finally
came across this wonderful web site. My daughter is 26 YO and has been
diagnosed with Stickler Syndrome.

I plan to be an active participant in this Yahoo Group, but for now I would
like to find out if anyone else is familiar with Stickler syndrome and Mitral
valve replacements. I'm very aware of the prevalence of MVP, however, I have
never found reference to anyone who has needed surgery. She had her first
replacement when she was 5 YO and another one at age 13. If any of you have
knowledge about this, I would very much appreciate hearing from you. Thanks so
