Our 1 year old just had her cleft palate repair and tubes put in her ears.
Did anyone have any experience with novel and less uncomfortable methods of
keeping the fingers out of the mouth? The surgeon gave us these awful arm
bands that prevent her arms from bending and thus keeps them out of the
mouth, but she won't sleep with them on and just cries. For the most part,
she's pretty good and hasn't put her fingers in her mouth past where she's
teething.
