I took my mom there this year.
We have been staying in the hospital for 6 weeks.
There is a supermarket and KFC on the leftside of the hospital.
(The fried chicken there sucks, though)
As for the McDonald, try asking the interpreters on the 20th.floor.
I am sure that they can provide you with what you want.

By the way, there is a Pizzahut located on the New Century Grand
Hotel. I went there for lunch and dinner every single day during that
time since I'm sure that it's the only restaurant in which I can find
clean and delicious foods in Xiaoshan district.
