Service Cats, Dogs & Miniature Equine. Service animals are allowed in all areas of public access under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). This group has been established for those individuals looking into the options of a service animal. Although, trainers from StarLight Assistance Animal Academy & Training Center will not post advice on how to train an animal, others may offer their own advice. Be aware, however, these individuals may or may not be professionals or may or may not be service animal users. This group is open to everyone and therefore all information posted should be checked out with a professional trainer before being accepted as “accepted training methods” of any professional service animal training center. Also be aware that many professional schools do not allow their trainers to post training techniques on the web or privately. You are to use any information posted “at your own risk and as is”.
