quitely.I hope you got some rest if you get sick then what?
I find it very hard to take time for my self.There
is always things needing your attention.I do try
(not always sucessful).Try to take advantage of offers
of help and get out of the house,take a walk to
clear your head anything....As time goes on the hands
on care gets more time consuming.At this point each
meal for my husband takes an hour.I do chores after
each spoofill or sip and I don't get up set as
much.But I do reheat the food along the way he doesn't
seem to mind cold food but I do!!! Have a better
