This is a Spondylitis Educational Support Group based in the San Jose area. Our meetings provide education and information, emotional support and allow for open discussion about living with spondylitis. We also provide:

* Current information and education about how to manage spondylitis
* Literature and materials about these diseases
* Confidential, non-judgmental interaction with others who know what it feels like to have spondylitis
* Understanding and assurance that you are not alone in your experience
* Information on resources to assist with education and management of the disease, including the Spondylitis Association of America
