I need some advise bad!!!

My nine year old daughter who has spina bifida started her period last night.
She is to young to have to deal with this right now. A year ago she had the
malone procedure and we are just now getting her bowel and bladder under
control. I need advise on how other parents of girls have handled this
situation. thank you, Tracy
