Hi,
My son with spina bifida is now 15. It's not easy is it! Check out some book
on non verbal learning disabilities. You will see that most of our children
fall into this catagory. Amazon .com sells the books. The most helpful to me
was "The source for Non Verbal Learning Disability" written by Sue Thompson.
It's also a great resource ro show the school because they usually just don't
get the whole thing.
Good Luck

Hello everyone. I have a 10 year old boy with sb. His is on L4 and
L5 myleomening. Luckly we have been blessed to not have any major
problems with his development. I was wondering if anyone has had
problems with adhd and other learning disabilities with schoolaged
children. He is being mainstreamed right now in the school that he is
in which has helped some with social skills. If there is anyone who
can give me some guidance, I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks.
