This group is a subgroup of the existing Special Kids Support Group for the Parents of Special Needs Children. This group is for the siblings, brothers and sisters of special needs kids. Special Kids Sibs is for sharing their thoughts and feelings, what is difficult, what is sometimes frustrating, and sometimes very challenging, or even scary, as well as the really great stuff about being the brother or sister of a special needs kid. Only kids ages 6-14 will be allowed to chat here, and share their experiences with other kids who are living lives very much like theirs, as the brother or sister of a special needs kid.

A parent will moderate all posts, making sure no inappropriate language or subject matter is discussed. No adults will be allowed to post. If inappropriate behavior becomes a problem, that member will be removed from the list.

No put-downs, or flaming allowed. No exchanging private information. Use this space to get what's on your mind, off your shoulders!
