Ok I thought I better at least post how my appointment went yesterday
befoer I start getting yelled at.

Afew things first. I am still working on the fontan sites I promised.
My father is home incase I forgot to mention this to one list or another.
He is doing alright rather annoyed that he has to have all this testing
done since he feels fine. He did have 3 strokes but really has no residual
effects (just everyone else does). He also has Bradycardia, Prosxysmal
Sinus Tach (not sure what that is yet) and Atrial Fib. NOt much is being
done for them at the momment.

Second I have mentioned about the web site I created for myself. I
appreciate all who have signed the guest book I did print everything off.
I have how ever found a new one that I like better. I will have awhole
section related to CHD info. I will post the addy when there is something
to look at. I have been working on my Nieces website. Plesase feel free to

NOw to my appointment. Well my echo last week revieled that my Mitral
valve is leakingso that means I have to increase my Ramiprill to see if
that will help with the blood pressure. I hope so cause I am not sure what
happens next if the drugs don't help. I have a stress test, echo and
breathing tests again in September. My Cardiologist is plesased that I am
able to go to the gym 3 times a week for anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours (
half that time is cardio) and workout with little problems and no high
heart rates. She was impressed that in 5 1/2 months I was able to lose 3
inches everywhere execpt my waist adn lose 2.5% body fat. She is very
happy that the Fontan is still working. February 13 was my 18 year
anniverssary of having the Fontan done. It isreally hard to believe and
this September 23 will be two years since I had the Pacemaker put in. As
long as I have no problems I see the Cardiologist in September after my
test.
