Hello to All,

Deborah, the moderator for WFS San Diego, and I attended the meeting
together in San Diego. Interesting, conversational style,
individual thoughts and beliefs validated and accepted.

My early morning women's meeting is always interesting. Topic this
morning, shame. Recent topics include, self-care, boundaries,
(around group shame), and, "being real."

I have written my first draft for AA World Services. I believe this
and attempts to contact certain media are my personal limits.

Interesting process. I almost wonder who I will be coming out the
other side.
